Can I be honest?
I had to be intentional in looking for the joy in the ordinary of this week.
Milo, my Boston Terrier mix and I got out for a few quick walks.
It really helps my mood when I made the effort and wears him out a little.
We found some beautiful Black Eyed Susans by the roadside.
My marigolds are blooming. They really brighten my day.
I love a good crochet or knit blanket.
This is my fingering weight mitered square blanket.
I planned out the colors for the last nine squares. It is going to be baby size.
I've been spending my afternoons with my granddog.
He does a lot of this and I read or try to work on a project.
