Wednesday's WiPs & Books {6/10}

I hope you're having a wonderful week!

I love chatting all about books and works in progress.

I finished reading, The Friendship Club by Robyn Carr last night.

Trigger warning for domestic abuse, emotional abuse, stalking and gaslighting.

Pretty heavy stuff, but I did like the friendship between the women characters.

I am about 12 chapters in The Wrong Way Home by Kate O'Shaughnessy.

I am enjoying it.

I made progress on my Quilted Stripes Wrap by DanaRaeMakes.

I was in the middle of the green stripe last week.

I finished the first sock and started the second with the Fibernymph Dye Works yarn.

I decided not to do any yarn management and am loving that they won't be matching.

I did a few repeats on the Boardwalk Socks, the pattern is by Leah Gibson.

I am using some leftovers of my hand-dyed yarn.

I have done a few rounds on my Van Gogh Opal Socks.

I am loving how these are working up.

A brand new cast on.

The Practically Perfect Socks by Kay Jones.

I am using some leftover superwash merino, nylon and silver stellina yarn I dyed.

Fingers crossed I am not playing yarn chicken with the second sock.

I didn't do the entire lace repeat of the pattern hoping to have enough yarn.

I have been watching a few knitting and booktube videos on YouTube.

I have watched Rose Opal Knits, Noble Character Crafts,

This Little Wonderful Life, who is doing daily June vlogs, and a few others.

I have joined in a few reading sprints with Tiffany from thebeachbumbookworm,

Stormi from StormReads and Blake from Blakeheartsbooks.

I would love to know what you are making, reading and/or watching.
