I hope you're having a wonderful week.

I have started the year slowly.

My family and I were under the weather which forced us to rest.

I am excited for this new year of reading and making.

I am buddy reading, Hail to the Chef by Julie Hyzy with some booktube friends.

It is the second book in the White House Mystery series.

I think this series would make a great streaming show.

The action begins right away and hooks me.

I've decided to read holiday books until the mood leaves me.

On my kindle, I am enjoying The Christmas Cat by Melody Carlson.

I have joined in on The 12 Cast Ons of Christmas hosted by Ange of the YarnnYarns YouTube channel.

I have decided to cast on 6 new projects and then alternative in a few of my wips.

I am loving each and every project and I love how fast crochet works up.

While resting this weekend, I watched The Residence and Run Away on Netflix.

I have been rewatching Downton Abbey and watched the latest movie again.
