Wednesday's WiPs and Books {2/9}

I love catching up with you about works in progress and books!
In the autumn of last year I found out about The Library Lover's Mystery books and I started reading right away. I began following the author, Jenn McKinlay, on Instagram and she was having a giveaway for all the books that were released last year. I added my comment and shared in my stories. I had a conversation with my husband and daugher about it, saying I am sure there would be so many entries that I wouldn't win. Well I have had to take those words back so many times. I won!!!
Not only did she send a signed copy of each book, but a little surprise for them as well.
I have read book one and two for A Cupcake Bakery Mystery series. The book pictured above is book number thirteen. I have preordered number 14, Strawberried Alive, which comes out in May.
I have been trying to concentrate on only a few wips this week. My Cozy Shlanket is coming along. I am hoping to get more work done on it this weekend.
I picked up my husband's socks, I am using the Morning Coffee Socks by Crazy Sock Lady Designs and Must Stash Yarn in A Case of the Mondays. I think I am going to do one more repeat of the pattern and then start the heels.
I have started the February dishcloth, Home is Best by Garlene of The Kitchen Sink Shop. She does a Year of Dishcloths and if you sign up for her newsletter in her Instagram bio, you get them for free. I am using Knit Picks Dishie in Clarity. My goal is to at least finish one dishcloth a month.
