Wednesday's WiPs & Books {10/15}
I hope you're having a wonderful day!
I have been craving hot chocolate since I came home to 60 degree weather and rain.
It's the perfect weather to crochet, knit, read and drink warm beverages.
Here's the book I am reading this week.
Secondhand Spirits by Juliet Blackwell.
This is my cozy mystery book club read for October.
I am only a few chapters in and I am enjoying it.
My wips this week are...
Vanilla Bean socks using Rita Mae Yarns in the Wicked colorway.
I might need to frog them because my cast on round is a little snug.
I am really hoping to be able to block it a bit and not have to.
I am on the heel of my second vanilla sock
in the Doubletree colorway by Fibernymph Dye Works.
I had leftover worsted weight yarn from the Rafa's Hat, so I cast on a much smaller size.
Time for the crown decreases.
I have finished the crochet portion of the MDays Scarf by CrochetObjet.
Time to pick up the stitches and knit the border edge.
I am using Leading Men Fiber Arts in the YarnHoarder colorway.
This scarf would make great gifts.
I have been watching Diane Keaton movies this week and a few Halloween Hallmark movies.
I would love to know what you are making, reading and watching this week.
Happy Creating,
Angela
