I hope you had a wonderful weekend and your week is off to a great start!

I finished the Sunflower Baby Blanket.

I am so happy to have it off of the hook and gifted.

I used Red Heart Super Saver yarns and an I hook.

This was a very special project. The yarn was my friend's, she passed away in 2018.

She loved sunflowers.

I made this for her third granddaughter who was born in February.

It started with the Sunflower Lovers Granny Square pattern by Debbie Wragg.

I alternated double crochet rows in the orange, white and yellow.

The border is done in half double crochet.

I love making blankets and have quite a few in progress.

Hopefully this is the first of many off my hook and needles this year.

Happy Creating,
Angela
